Connect an AI Assistant

Point your favorite AI client at BILLFOLD so it can read and manage your envelopes, transactions, cards, and payday rules — acting securely as you.

Claude

  1. 1Open Claude and go to your profile menu (top-right).
  2. 2Select Settings, then navigate to Connectors.
  3. 3Click "Add custom connector".
  4. 4Give it a name (e.g. "BILLFOLD") and paste the server URL above.
  5. 5Click Add. Claude will open the consent page in a new window.
  6. 6Sign in with your BILLFOLD account and approve access.

BILLFOLD uses secure OAuth: the assistant only ever acts as you, and only with the data your account is allowed to access. Revoke access anytime from your AI client.

After we ship changes, refresh the connector in your AI client — assistants cache the tool list, so a refresh picks up new or updated tools.
